Booking and Payment

How do I book a room?

Reservations can easily be made online through the website. We do not take phone reservations.

How can I cancel or change my reservation?

To cancel or change a reservation, please refer to the booking conditions.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay by bancontact, VISA, Mastercard and American Express.

When will my credit card be charged?

The amount due will be charged immediately to your credit card provider when you make the reservation.

Can I pay for the room with your gift voucher?

This is possible, but you cannot enter the gift card online. Please send an e-mail to hotel@nonam.be so we can take care of this for you.

Can I get an invoice?

Yes, you can request this at hotel@nonam.be.

Are there family rooms or rooms with interconnecting doors?

No, we don't have that. However, we can make sure your rooms are close together. Please feel free to indicate this in the comments.

Can my child or baby join me in the room?

For children aged 5 to 17, we have bedrooms with sofa beds. You can check that option while booking. For a baby, you can bring your own travel cot. Please mention this in the comments.

Check-in & check-out

You have an automatic check-in. How does this work?

When you book, you will receive a personal code via e-mail. This code will give you access to our hotel. At the self check-in kiosk, you can easily check in with the information found in your reservation e-mail. So be sure to keep this at hand.

When can we check in and when do we have to leave the room?

Check-in: 3 pm

Check-out: 11 am

Can I check in earlier or check out later?

Depending on the other reservations, this may be possible at an additional cost. Please email hotel@nonam.behotel@nonam.be. We will be happy to see if this is possible.

Can I leave my luggage safely?

This is certainly possible. If no one is present at the reception, you can contact us via Whatsapp at +32 468 38 81 11 so we can help you further.

There is no one at the front desk and I have a problem. Who can I contact?

Nonam is a small-scale hotel. Therefore, the reception desk is not permanently staffed. You can reach us during your stay via Whatsapp. Digital Butler Nonam: +32 468 38 81 11

Is there a minimum age for check-in?

Minors cannot check in unaccompanied by an adult.

Do you have parking?

We do not have our own parking. You can park nearby in the above-ground parking lot of the Volkskliniek or the underground parking lot Vrijdagmarkt or Tolhuis.

I am staying a long period of time. What is the cheapest solution?

We recommend free parking on the outskirts of town. A shuttle will take you back to the city center.

Food & drinks

Is breakfast included in the price?

We do not offer breakfast on weekdays. You can enjoy our free self-service breakfast corner with coffee, granola, yogurt, fruit, rusks, ...

On Saturdays and Sundays we offer breakfast (€19per person). Breakfast is not included in the price and must be reserved in advance. You can do this by sending an e-mail to hotel@nonam.be.

The free breakfast corner is closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
